Gabba Gabba Tickets

Has anyone sat on the main floor of The Chicago Theater?
I am going to get tickets for my son to see Yo Gabba Gabba Live at the Chicago Theater. He is only 2 1/2, so obviously he is very short. There are tickets available on the main floor, but is that a flat floor, or stadium seating? Would I be better off with seats in the mezzanine or balcony?
It is an old theater with a raised floor (the back seats are higher than the front). I had some really tall guys in front of me and I could see fine.
