Dave Matthews Band at The Gorge, Aug 2007?
I’m going to the concert and was wondering what should I expect? Are there showers? What about food? What is there to do during the day?
I take it you are staying the the Gorge campground. They do have showers, but expect long lines, they provide no food, so you have to bring your own. Once you are in you can’t get out (with your car) without paying a large fee, so make sure to bring enough food to last. During the day it is one big party. Lots of tailgating type activities to partake in. Most people are very friendly so just walk around and take in the scene. Bring some drinks and just relax and have a good time.
Oh, and John B, the concert is in August and September, they are playing 3 nights, from 8/31 to 9/2.

Weekend On The Rocks [live CD & DVD] $16.99 To loosely paraphrase the traditional Passover question: What makes this Dave Matthews live album different from the last one he recorded at Denver’s Red Rocks amphitheater a decade previously? Just eight months after the release of the lavish Central Park Concert package comes another generous helping of live material, this time in a limited edition three-disc set compiled at the band’s 2002 concerts at Washington State’s scenic Gorge, one of its favorite venues. With more than three-… |
